Pick the time that suits you
The team offers times, shown in your time zone. One tap and it's on both calendars.
For candidates
Every application, interview, assignment and offer in one place, with your next step always first. Even the applications you send somewhere else. Free for candidates.
All your applications
One board, grouped by where each application stands. See the ones that need you first, then interviews, then the waiting.
Applications to companies hiring on Cortopus update on their own: stages, reply dates and interview times come straight from the team. Anything else, you add yourself and follow with your own stages and private notes.
The company hires here, so stages, reply dates and interview times update on their own.
Applied somewhere else? Track it here by hand, with your own stages and private notes.
Your next step, always first
Every application page leads with a Next action: choose a time, hand in an assignment, answer an offer. The journey below shows the job's own stages, so you know what comes after.

Read the brief, download the files, hand in your work. The due date lands in your to-dos.
When an offer arrives, read it and accept or decline right where the rest of the application lives.
Read the offer, ask your questions in the conversation, then answer here.
Profiles and CV builder
Keep a general profile and a card for each kind of role you're after, each with its own CV. Apply with the one that fits, and write the CV right here.
A general profile, plus a card for each direction, each with its own CV. The company gets a copy of the card you chose, exactly as you sent it.
Building interfaces people actually enjoy. Six years shipping design systems and product UI.
Create, edit and export CVs inside Cortopus, with an ATS score for how well applicant tracking systems can read them.
Sharing a profile never means sharing your whole workspace. Your private side stays private, always.
Insights
Insights compare how each CV and profile did: how many progressed, how many reached an interview. Then send more of what works. You also see how quickly companies usually reply.
Your Frontend CV does best: 83% of its applications progressed and 67% reached an interview.
Find jobs and companies
The job board is public: search the full text of every open job, filter down, and browse the companies directory. A company's jobs only go public once it has proved it owns its website, so what you find is hiring for real.
Everything around the application
No more copying a time into your calendar or hunting through email for the thread. It all hangs off the application.
Interviews appear by Day, Week, Month or List. (Syncing with Google or Outlook calendars isn't available yet.)
Your own tasks, plus every assignment that's due.
Talk with the company's hiring team where the application lives. No lost threads, no new email chains.
Choose by category what reaches you by email or in the app, and set quiet hours.
Notes, to-dos, CV labels and profile names never reach a company.
Verify your phone and email and teams see a badge. Nobody ever sees an "unverified" label.
